1. Service Terms

By booking a service with RO Water Care, you agree to allow our technicians to inspect and repair your water purifier system.

2. Pricing & Payments

Standard visit charges apply for diagnosis. Any spare parts (filters, membranes, motors) replaced will be charged extra as per the current rate card.

3. Warranty

Warranty on spare parts is subject to the specific brand and type of part used. Routine service carries a 7-day workmanship guarantee.

4. Cancellation

Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your service appointment.
